Voice data: Voice notes you send to our WhatsApp coaching number for the purpose of providing English coaching feedback. These are processed to generate your coaching scores and feedback.

Payment information: When you make a payment, your transaction is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. We only receive confirmation that payment was successful along with your email address.

Usage data: Information about how you use our service including session dates, scores, and practice streaks. This data is used to personalise your coaching experience.

Communication data: Messages you send to our WhatsApp number and email address for support purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Deliver your daily English coaching prompts on WhatsApp
Analyse your voice notes and generate personalised feedback scores
Track your progress across sessions to personalise future coaching
Process your payments and manage your subscription
Send you weekly progress reports and accountability reminders
Respond to your support queries

3. WhatsApp Data

Our WhatsApp coaching service operates through the official WhatsApp Business API. When you message our WhatsApp business number:

Your messages are received on our secure server
Voice notes are transcribed using AI speech-to-text technology for coaching purposes
Transcripts and scores are stored securely in our database to personalise your experience
We do not share your WhatsApp conversations with any third party

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal information. We retain your coaching session data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate SpeakUp AI:

Razorpay: Payment processing. Their privacy policy is available at razorpay.com/privacy
WhatsApp Business API: Message delivery. Governed by Meta’s privacy policy
Anthropic Claude API: AI coaching response generation
OpenAI Whisper: Voice note transcription
Supabase: Secure data storage

Each of these services has their own privacy policies which govern how they handle data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
Request a copy of your data in a portable format
